All items are shipped in appropriate packaging, once the item is dispatched we take no responsibility for damages caused by third party delivery. We trust this will not be the case but please contact us immediately, so we can investigate and action on a case by case nature.

Cost of Postage

The cost of postage is determined by third-party carriers (we primarily use Australia Post). We always endeavour to pack your order in the most protective and cost-effective way possible because honestly, who likes paying for postage? Not us! Talk about Abandoned Cart 101!

We offer $15 flat-rate postage on all* orders and FREE delivery on orders over $150 (excluding Hampers and Busy Boxes/Bags). We make zero profit from postage in fact, we often absorb part of the cost ourselves (postage typically ranges between $15–$25).

As much as we’d love to just pop your order in an envelope with a $2 stamp (what a bargain that would be!), those rates only apply to letter mail. As a registered business with Australia Post, we must follow specific packaging and account regulations breaking them could result in penalties.

If you cringe at the postage after hitting “add to cart” and think you can find a cheaper option, please reach out! We’re more than happy to help you avoid paying unnecessary postage costs where possible.
